What's your return policy?
We are committed to providing you with quality products that meet your skincare needs and excellent customer service. We understand that shopping online for products you have never tried before comes with a risk of satisfaction. You take this risk by giving us the great opportunity that you believe we will provide wonderful products that you will truly love.
If you change your mind about the products you ordered, and decide you no longer wish to use them we offer a 100% refund on unopened and intact LADIÔNE™ products (minus shipping charges).
You may request a refund for any purchased product if the product does not meet your reasonable expectations within 14 days from original receipt of goods.
To make any of the above requests, please send an email to info@ladione.com detailing the order number and the product for which you would like a refund, along with a description of your concern or complaint.
What are the steps to return products?
1. Initiate a return
If you would like to return an item purchased online, please contact Customer Care to initiate your return via email at info@ladione.com. Our team will be happy to assist you with returns that meet our policy requirements. Our team will get back to you within 1 business day. Be sure to contact our Customer Care team before you send in a return. LADIÔNE™ is not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to Customer Care.
2. Pack your return & ship
Please safely pack the product(s). Affix the return label to the box and ship it back to us using any carrier of your choice. Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. You will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been completed.

Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to provide prepaid return shipping labels for domestic or international orders. We appreciate your understanding.
Can I return a Gift / Gift Set?
Gifts / Gift Sets are eligible for store credit only. Simply refer to your packaging slip and find your order number. Contact us at info@ladione.com to initiate your return. Once we receive your return, you will be refunded in the form of an electronic Ladione GiftCard via email.
What if I received an order with broken items, missing items, or my package is missing?
Please contact our customer care at info@ladione.com as soon as possible after receiving your delivery or when you notice a package is missing after receiving our delivery confirmation email.
For missing packages marked delivered to the address on the order, we require a minimum of 2 business days to file a claim with the carrier before sending a replacement. We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 14-day return policy timeframe and without a photo of the broken items and/or package.
Can I exchange my item for something else?
Unfortunately- we do not offer exchanges on any items at this time.

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S orders $55.00 and over with the promo code "FREESHIP". Please allow 1 business day for orders to be processed, depending on product availability.

All orders ship directly from our headquarters in Chicago, where we create and formulate our entire line! Each product is made with the highest attention to quality and detail.
