We understand that shopping online for products you have never tried before comes with a risk of satisfaction. You take this risk by giving us the great opportunity that you believe we will provide wonderful products that you will truly love. (return labels are unfortunately not supplied)
Sometimes, we know a small percentage of our wonderful clients may not be a match for our collection. As shoppers ourselves we know how ungratifying it is to be stuck with something you do not love. We want you to be truly happy with our honest skincare line and always have the ability to try all our products.
At LADIÔNE™, we do not want you to keep something that is not for you and this is why we offer a 100% refund on orders that have not been opened or used (minus shipping charges). We also offer a 50% refund (minus original shipping costs) on all and any products that remain 75%+ unused with their original undamaged packaging.
Refunds must be requested on or before the 14th day from the time/day of order and products must be returned within a 30 day period from the time of order.
To begin your return, please email us at info@Ladione.com with your order number and we will be sure to assist you the same day.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item that is requested to be returned more than 14-30 days after delivery will be granted store credit.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected (weighed and tested to be our true product), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@ladione.com and send your item back to: LADIONE SKINCARE, 500 North Michigan Avenue, Chicago IL 60611, United States.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
