FACIAL MOISTURIZERS
• Face Creams vs. Face Oils -
FACE CREAMS - are wonderful in moisturizing the outer layers of your skin, especially in colder weather that tends to dry your outer layers of skin. Creams tend to act as an outer barrier against surface moisture loss due to environmental elements.
FACE OILS - soak deeper into your skin due to oils natural/smaller molecular structure, hence moisturizing and enriching the deepest core of your skin, especially in hot summer months.
So which ones do you need? That depends on your environment for one, your personal desire second, and third is to understand that your skin should be seen as a two-layer process (inner and outer) which will help you select which you prefer and need.
Many of our clients use both by first applying the deeper moisturizing face oils and then applying a cream after (for the ultimate skincare regimen). We personally love the face oils as they act as a perfect all-in-one powerhouse moisturizer.
